In the period of 2023 China Spring Festival , our sales manager was approached by a client from Iran who was interested in our warp knitted faux rabbit fur.

The order is 10000meters in 6 different colors, the pile height is 20MM, and the weight is 1000g/m. 

The width of the fur is set to 160cm, which requires a smooth feel and a high degree of simulation. 

 After receiving the order, our faux fur factory started the production on time, 

The process involves spinning, weaving and dyeing greige to the desired colour. 

The next step is to shear, brush and polish the fur to give it a smooth finish similar to real rabbit fur. 

Every step of the production process is done with care and precision to ensure that the final product meets customer requirements.

The production takes about a month to complete and when the goods are ready we send the samples to the client for their approval, the customer is very satisfied with the samples we sent…
