It is well known except all kinds of faux fur fabric, we, Eastsun textiles  also produced all kinds of ready made faux fur products , 

like faux fur garments, faux fur coats, soft faux fur toys, soft blankets and all kinds of pets beds and pets sofa made by our

warp knitted faux fur / Pv Plush/ Polyboa and artificial rabbit fur .

in 2017, we met a new customer from Italy who want to buy our faux fur fabric for their pets products, 

so from 2017 – 2021, we had recieved many faux fur fabric orders from them, including:

1. soft tricot velboa / EF velboa/ soft velvet with dark grey, beige and dark brown colors with 210gsm weight, 3mm pile length.

2. 35mm long pile Polyboa/ Pv Plush / tricot faux fur with 280gsm weight, 160cm width with several colors.

3. faux rabbit fur/ tricot rabbit fur/ warp knitted rabbit fur with 350gsm, 10mm pile length.

4. sherpa fur with 320gsm weight, 10mm pile length.

5. sherpa fleece with 250gsm weight, 15mm pile length.

after 5 years good business, this customer is satisfied with our cooperation and in  2022, they want to expand our business to higher level

so they decided to try with us for ready made pets beds called Donuts beds which made by our Pv Plush/ Polyboa fabric…

10 days ago, they sent us paper pattern for the sizes  S, M, L, XL, XXL and Donuts pets beds samples to show the correct sewing work and asking

us to make counter samples for their confirmation,  just within one week, we made out perfect samples with our good quality Pv Plush fabric and

good quality workmanship,  correct sizes, customers are very satisfied with our job and  sent us 27772 pieces of pets beds order as 1st trial order,

they promised if our bulk quality is good, they will keep on increasing 

the order quantity every month.

now we had started the production and plan to finish this 1st order within 30days and we believe our good quality will bring us good quantity order soon…
