as a leading manufacturer for all kinds of faux fur fabric and relative products,  Eastsun textiles started to make all kinds of faux fur mats for pets from year 2011…

in September 2011, we met one famous pets travel company from Australia who are speciallized in helping customers to transfer their pets during their travel all over the world…

they requested one kind of faux fur mat with long pile height ,  with non-slip backing, also with suitble size for different size of pets in different size of pets’ cage.

and this fur mats must have the function to hold the urinate of pets when they stay on the warehouse of plane…

due to their request,  we developed out one kind of faux fur mats with blue col with latex backing, also we cut into this fur mats into different sizes which can be put into

the pets’ cage for different size of pets and send these faux fur mats samples to them on time…

after getting our faux fur mats samples, customer sent their person Mr Thomas to visit our faux fur factory before placing the orders,

he visited the whole production processes of our faux fur fabrics and very satisfied , after that we got 1st order of this fake fur mats with 1×40″ HQ, total 20000pcs.

with different size:    110cm x 60cm,  85x 50cm,  50 x 35cm…

from 2011 till present,  it had been 10years we had done good business with this customer for this artifical fur mats, during this time, we also developed some new style,

new jacquard designs like bone and paw style which had more attractive looking for pets,

our customer told us even the pets can recoginize the different col and style, that is why the new designs are welcome and sell very well in their market…

in 2020, because of the impact of COVID-19,  our Australia customer postponed the order time, just fm last week, after resume of work, they started the order plan with us

from their headoffice in Melbourne and their branch in New york…

at the weekend of last week, we already rcvd 10780 pcs of faux fur mats order fm customer and now we had started the production and plan to arrange the shipment to Melbourne and Los angels

just after China national holiday…
