as we know, in Winter season, after work, everybody want at least 1 pair of faux fur slippers which can bring us warm and relax at home…

as the world famous manufacturer for all kinds of faux fur / super soft fleece / bonded fabric,  we are engaged in the development of the slipper fabric for Winter Season since year 2006.

after 15 years , now we already had several good customers from different country who are specialized in the faux fur slippers ,

so we cooperated with them together and developed many new designs for them and sell many new styles slippers fabrics to them everyyear…

recently one Slippers customer from Serbia requested some new development of their slippers, they need :

1. material: must be with very soft touch.

2. colors: with some classical colors, like cream, grey, wine, camel…

3. finishing:  with some attractive printing or foiling.

4. with thicker and more body handfeel…

based on their request and the print design they offered us,  we started to make the samples….

firstly we use following fabric as the top layer of the slipper fabric:

a.  our tricot super soft velboa/ EF velboa with 2-3mm pile length, 210gsm weight , with cream color and grey color ,  then make lastest flamingo print design on it.

b.  our tricot / warp knit rabbit fur with 350gsm, 10mm pile length , with grey/ wine/ beige col , then making golden feather design foiling on the rabbit fur .

then we selected following fabric as the backside of slipper fabric:

a. our sherpa fleece with beige col, 260gsm, 10mm pile length.

b. tricot sherpa fur with camel col: 400gsm, 8mm pile length.

c. soft velboa with 3-5mm 260gsm weight.

in the middle of above fabric, in order to get fabric with more body and soft handfeel,we use high quality sponge with different thickness, 3mm, 4mm , 5mm.

then we put above 3 kinds of fabric onto our professional bonding machine and bonded these 3 kiinds of fabric together firmly..

after bonding, we got the samples with sandwich construction with good looking, very soft and firm fabric which are suitable for slippers…

after getting our new samples, our Serbia slippers customer are very satisfied with the design, quality, handfeel, thickness,

now they plan to send us a order with 10000meters which can 

be loaded into 1×40″ high container…
