The customer introduced themselves as a well-known local clothing brand with a clothing factory of 80 workers,

In the past, they used to buy all kinds of faux fur and knitted polyeter fleece

fabrics in the local textile market. In recent years, due to the development of their business, they have expanded their business scale, and their

purchase of fake fur and knitted polyeter fleece has also increased year by year, now They plan to purchase some different kinds of artificial fur and knitted flannel fleece fabrics,

At the same time loaded into a container for shipment.

After receiving the customer’s inquiry, we responded positively by email, introducing the superior products and prices of our fur factory.

At the same time, we sent some pictures of artificial fur and knitted flannel fleece according to their needs, and targeted according to the samples of customers’ interest…

After receiving the samples, the customer confirmed the color, quantity, price and delivery time to order a 20 foot container from our company.

The order products include knitted polyester flannel fleece, knitted polyester Sherpa fleece, polyboa / PV plush, artificial pheasant feather, etc.

After we sent the sales contract and proforma invoice to the customer, the customer telegraphed a deposit of 3000 euro from their French friends.

After receiving the customer’s 3000 Euro deposit, we started to prepare all the raw materials required for the order. However, at this time, we received an urgent notice from the customer.
Due to the serious inflation in Zimbabwe, the purchasing power decreased, The customer asked us to suspend production, keep the deposit and wait for notice.

(2) Order changeed in 2019:

The Spring Festival in China in 2019 passed quickly. During this period, we kept in touch with this Zimbabwean customer. The customer explained that it took time to recover due to the impact of inflation on the local economy,

Let’s wait patiently. Time flies. In a flash, by the end of 2019, the customer finally decided to cancel the original order of flannel fabric and replace it with knitted  polyester anti-pilling polar fleece. At the same time, the customer sent the color card of the order,

t’s carry out the order production according to the color card. However, as it was near the Chinese Spring Festival in 2020 and the time was tight, after confirmation with the guests, the delivery date of these orders was finally postponed until the Spring Festival 2020.

(3) Order production and shipment in 2020:

During the Spring Festival of 2020, on January 23, 2020, due to the outbreak of a large-scale new corona virus in Wuhan, in order to control the spread of the epidemic, the great Chinese government adopted compulsory closure and isolation measures,

All Chinese people are required to be isolated at home until the epidemic situation is alleviated and controlled. The Chinese Spring Festival holiday has been delayed again and again. Since the middle of February, we have to start working at home and contact our customers all over the world to assure them,Under the strong and efficient work of the Chinese government, China’s new coronavirus will soon be fully controlled， We will return to our fur factory as soon as possible, and produce and ship the confirmed order goods to them as soon as possible.

Of course, we also informed the Zimbabwean customer and got their understanding and support.

After 48 days of isolation at home, we returned to the factory in time to actively resume work and production,

For this order of Zimbabwean customers, since we have prepared all the raw materials before the Spring Festival, we have completed the production of the whole order within 20 days and timely
We ordered container loading and successfully shipped the whole batch of goods to this Zimbabwean customer by sea at the end of April.

After receiving the goods at the end of May and timely acceptance, the customers were very satisfied with the quality of our goods and our professional, efficient and rapid production and shipment,
Out of our trust, the customer still keeps some US dollar deposit in our account as a deposit for subsequent new orders.

At the end of last week, we just received a notice from our customers that we plan to order another container of artificial fur goods in the near future. The customers will send us the standard samples and color cards of artificial fur required by the order next week.
