what is bonded fabric ?

bonded fabric is a special function fabric which combined 2 layers or 3 layers different fabric into 1 fabric with sandwich construction.

we, Eastsun textiles co.,ld started to produce and developed all kinds of bonded fabric from year 2001, now we already had hundreds of bonded fabric and sell to our good customers all over the world…

(1) how many kinds of  bonded fabric Eastsun textiles can produce:

1. the 2 different bonding technique and bonding machine we used:

a. our glue bonding machine:

b. our  fire sponge bonding.machine

2. micro fiber suede bonded faux fur fabric can be used for Autumn/Winter season.

for example, solid col suede bonded sherpa fur, suede bonded faux sheep fur, suede bonded warp knit fur , suede bonded curly faux sheep fur, suede bonded snow top faux fur,

suede bonded long pile fox fur and so on…

except solid col of suede,  we also make many kinds of different finshing on the suede then bonded with different kinds of faux fur to show customers different attractive designs…

3. micro fiber suede bonded interlock and air layer interlock.

for Spring/Autumn season, we also developed out some thinner bonded fabric , like suede bonded with thinner knitted interlock which is more heavy and with wind-proof function which 

can be used for suede raincoat,suede  jacket and suede vest…

3. knitted polyester fleece bonded sherpa fur and sherpa fleece fabric for Autumn/Winter season:

    for some casual brands, like Uniqolo, C&A, H&M, we developed some micro fiber polar fleece bonded sherpa fleece an sherpa fur which with super soft handfeel,

    can be wided used for man, lady, kids’ outwear, jackets for Autumn/Winter season…

    sometime, we put into 1 layer of foil into the middle of this kind of fabric which had heavy wind-proof, water-proof function , which can be used for out-door sportswear…

4. chemical fabric bonded with different kinds of backing.

    for some outdoor brands like Comlobia, northland, northface, we used some high stretchable chemical fabric with different woven constructions ( like twill , jacquard, rip-stop ) 

    also with spandex and pu coating then bonded with different kinds of knitted interlock,  micro fiber polar fleece, with solid col and some printing design  to make attractive 

    out-door garments fabric with wind-proof and water-proof function..

(2) how to make out perfect suede bonded fabric:

1. make strict quality inspection for the fabric and bonding machine before bonding.

2. for normal glue bonding, after inspection of the fabric, then put glue on the backing of the different layers.

    for fire sponge bonding,  after inspection of the fabric, we will firstly bonded the sponge at the backing of fabric before firing…

3. set up the certain temperature and bonding speed of bonding machine:

    made The 2 layers of  fabric are pressed by 2 rollers to match the glue bonding

5. following is the our fire sponge bonded machine, after firing the sponge firmly fasten the 2 layers of fabric, 

    and made the fabric with more soft handfeel and durable.

4. control the fabric to be flat and correct width during bonding

5. after bonding, make 2 layers of good package 

(3) what is the use of our bonded fabric ?

becuse of its warm-keep, soft handfeel and natural sheep skin fur looking and some with high function of wind-proof, water-proof, 

our bonded fabric can be mainly used for faux fur fashion, casual fake fur jakets,  artificial fur vests, motor bike jakets, also can be used for out-door coat and jackets..
