Because of Corona virus, the Chinese New Year holiday in 2020 was extended to Middle of March…

During the holiday, at the end of Feb, we received an enquiry from Morocco client, The client was in urgent need of Faux fur goods for lining fur coats for Autumn and Winter.

After the exchange of mail, we added each other Wechat, the customer sent the photos of this artifitial fur , requirements is 250 grams of square grams of weight,

hair height 15-16 mm, 160cm width, hair surface needs 100% acrylic, army green col and  surface has a slight curly style.

meanwhile we provide client picture of similar artificial fur fabric and offer customers a very competitive price,  from our fake fur photos of the similar fur style, the close color  and the our competitive price , client decided to have further cooperation with our  fur factory.

As the customer needs 100% the same quality, color, weight as their original sample of artificial fur, so we inform the customer to send us their original fur sample as soon as possible, and promise to make 100% same counter fur sample  within a week according to the customer’s original sample and sent back to the customer for confirmation by DHL.

the customer said, if our sample time is fast enough, the color and quality of the sample can be confirmed, the price is reasonable, and passed the test, they will immediately cooperate with us, the first order plan is: one color, army green, 36,000 meters.

then after the Spring Festival holiday, in middle of March, we returned to our fur factory and received the customer’s original samples in time.

We selected 3 kinds of acrylic fiber raw materials of similar quality to the customer’s original samples, and made 3 kinds of samples in 7 days at one time.

and timely send to the customer by DHL, when the customer received samples, they immediately confirmed our artificial fur color, fur style, weight, feel with our art no: ESHY-200316,  at the same time sent  our faux fur sample to a professional laboratory for testing, within 7 days, got good news that our faux fur sample passing the test.

After confirming all the details of color, quality, weight, pile height, composition and testing requirements of the artificial fur samples, we confirmed the price and other information with the customer:

LOADING QUANTITY: total 36,000 m order, divided into 2 high 40“ high container with each high container loading quantity 18,000m ,50 meters/ roll,

PACKING:  rolling packing by  transparent plastic bags in inner packing, white woven bags in outer packing,

DELIVERY DATE: the 1st container shipped out after receiving the customer deposit within 20 days

the 2nd container shipped out within 30 days after departure time of 1st container.

PAYMENT TERMS: 30% deposit, balance by D/P

MODE OF TRANSPORT: by Sea shipment.

After sending the customer Proforma Invoice and receiving the customer’s 30% deposit, we immediately arrange production according to the customer’s confirmed sample of artificial fur and strictly abide by the color, quality, weight, height, composition and testing requirements of the artificial fur as stipulated in the order, and at the end of the production, timely sending 2 meters sample to customers for confirmation, then ordering 40-foot high container, and timely ship out to customer,

The first 40″ high container was loaded and shipped on May 15.

The second high container was loaded and shipped on June 17.

The customer will receive the first container before the end of June.
