Since we opened up the international market in 1998, Eastun textiles co.,ltd has met all kinds of customers from all over the world and established long term friendly cooperative relations with them.

Among them, there is a customer force that cannot be ignored, that is the customers from India.With their diligence and hard work, Indian customers have penetrated into global trade pervasively. We can see that as long as there is a place where trade takes place, there will be Indian customers.

Today I’m going to talk about the Indian customer we just met at the end of 2019. 
At the beginning of November 2019, we received an inquiry from an Indian customer about warp knit faux rabbit fur/ tricot faux rabbit fur.

We responded in time, explained our faux fur factory, all our faux fur fabrics in detail to the customer, and sent our warp knit faux rabbit fur/ tricot faux rabbit fur samples of the same quality on the day of receiving the inquiry to this customer.

After 3 days, the customer received the samples, and immediately decided to visit our faux fur factory in a week. After we provided the invitation letter to the customer in time, the customer successfully bought the ticket and visited our faux fur factory at the agreed time.

After a face-to face conversation, the customer was very satisfied with our quality and price and decided to place an order immediately warp knit faux rabbit fur with 230gsm, 150cm width, pile length: 10mm, total 35000meters loaded into 1×40″ HQ, after gettnig 30% deposit from customer.  We quickly completed the production within 15 days, customer are satisfied with the quality of our artificial fur Price, fast delivery time, after-sales service after getting the goods.and they decided to continue our cooperation as soon as possible and send us repeat orders asap…

in 2020, COVID-19 spread all over the world, India also suffered too much and had lockdown for almost 3months because of the impact of COVID-19 ,on Aug 20, 2020, we rcvd the enquiry of this India customer again, now they want to place repeat order of the same qualiy warp knit faux rabbit fur/ tricot faux rabbit fur which we shipped out to them at the end of 2019, but this time, they only want 1 cream col: 60000meters loaded into 2×40″ HQ, we offered our best price due to present fiber cost and cfmd the order.

yesterday, we just rcvd the USD20000 as deposit for this order,  now we had started the production for them and plan to ship out this 2 containers around the middle of September…

this customer also asked for many new faux fur samples, they sent us new designs for development, now we are making the counter samples for them and we believe we can expand our business 

together and do more and more business with them…
