after China new year holiday, on Feb 22, 2021, we start to make the production plan of  our faux fur/ fake fur/ sherpa fleece / tricot velboa /EF velboa orders from our customers all over the world…

meanwhile we are contacting with our fiber supplier to book enough fiber goods for our fabric, but from last week, we got the notification of the fiber cost increasing from fiber factory:

for polyester fiber for sherpa fleece/ sherpa fur/ tricot velboa / Flannel fleece/ Polyboa/ PV plush:   the fiber cost increased RMB1200 /TON

for acrylic fiber for long pile faux fur , the fiber cost increased RMB6000/TON…

under such kind situation, in order to ensure the prompt delivery time of our faux fur orders from customers, 

we still make order plan with our fiber factory and asking them to send fiber goods to our factory asap…

but this week we got notification again,  the fiber cost increased another RMB3000/ton,  it is really big dizaster for our faux fur factory…

after getting this information, we have no way out , so we have to inform all our customers one by one…

fortunetly, as our customers always had good relationship with us, they also know this information from internet,  so they understand the situation and added some price for us 

after 2 weeks fighting with the increasing fiber cost, finally we have a smooth heart to continue the production of our faux fur/ fake fur/ sherpa fleece / tricot velboa /EF velboa orders, 

now the only thing we should do is to finish the  production with perfect goods and ship out containers to customers within the shortest time…
